We are excited to be hosting an art exhibition and workshop on the theme of motherhood! 💐🎨🤩 For two weeks in May, our cafe walls will be featuring art by mothers from around the world that depicts their experiences of being a mother. This exhibition by Canadian non-profit, The Working Mother Experience, will be formally presented at a Private Viewing on May 15th, complemented by a Paint Night, where mothers in Denmark can meet, celebrate and create their own art pieces. Spring is here and our Iced Drinks are BACK on the menu!☀️🧊 Come in and try an Iced Latte, Americano, Chai, or Matcha… Or you can get creative, and pick any item on our menu to be made iced (+4 kr). All available with caramel, lavender, or vanilla syrups for an extra 2kr. 🧋

We are excited to announce that, by popular demand, the Bun with Butter and Cheese is BACK on our menu! 🧀 We have also introduced a second savory option: a new Grilled Cheese Croissant 🥐✨

Our 100% Vegan Chai Powder is the perfect blend of sweet, warm, and aromatic— and will remind you of a freshly baked cinnamon roll 🤍🫚 Can be ordered with oat milk for the vegan option 🌱

There are only a few weeks left of winter— and while our delicious Hot Chocolate stays on the menu all year long, we suggest enjoying it on a snowy day like today ❄️☃️ (ps: it can also be made vegan, whipped cream and all!) 🩵☕️

Hi there!! My name is Theo, and I am 1/4th of the Emmylou Cafe team. I’ll be doing a little social media takeover over the next couple of months, and I’m looking forward to showing you my favorite place from my perspective 🩵 Here’s a little bit about me:
🫖 My favorite drink is our London Fog: a delicious combination of early grey tea, sweet vanilla syrup, and steamed milk.
🪻My favorite drink to make/recommend is our Lavender Latte: a gorgeous floral drink that will remind you of springtime all year long ✨
☕️ My favorite part about working at Emmylou is getting to chat with our lovely customers. No matter where they come from, they always have the most interesting stories to share!
🕯️Our central location, located just a 4 minute walk from Nørreport station, provides a warm and welcoming space for anybody looking to get out and explore the city, or experience Danish “hygge” firsthand.
🪡 I love that Emmylou supports local artists, such as myself, by offering a wide variety of gifts and handmade creations for purchase (and you can find two embroidery pieces hanging on the walls made by yours truly!)
